New Year

So this will be the first post of the New Year a day early. I need to post more regular. I need to ride get fit and come out firing on all cylinders. I neew to trim the fat from my self and ready for the season. Today I had cycling class 1 hour so that is a start. I will get out tomorrow.

Long vacation from blogging

I was busy with kids baseball/softball and work and in fact to lazy to blog as no one reads this anyway. I did Escape From Alcatraz Tri. Awesome. I also did Ragbrai lots of indulgence. Beer Pork and Riding.

Awesome Weather

I have gotten in some good miles this week after the ride Sunday. Now I am probably Overtrained. Not. I see next week is not so promising. I am looking for someone to ride with in my area. Bellevue 3pm to dark. Road maybe gravel.

My first blog

I have just now moved into the 21st century. I moved up to Nebraska in Jan from Kansas. I lived in Nebraska previously from 1991-2004 in Kearney/Hastings area. I am glad to be back but it is cold. I have not been riding much lately been swimming and running. Can't wait to get on the road and feel the sun/wind.
