I have gotten in some good miles this week after the ride Sunday. Now I am probably Overtrained. Not. I see next week is not so promising. I am looking for someone to ride with in my area. Bellevue 3pm to dark. Road maybe gravel.

My first blog
I have just now moved into the 21st century. I moved up to Nebraska in Jan from Kansas. I lived in Nebraska previously from 1991-2004 in Kearney/Hastings area. I am glad to be back but it is cold. I have not been riding much lately been swimming and running. Can't wait to get on the road and feel the sun/wind.
